Andean Sunside

Andean Sunside mashed potato

For 4 people
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes


  • 700 g potatoes
  • 3 cl cream
  • 2 cl milk
  • 70 g butter
  • Salt & pepper


Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water.
Once cooked, mash with a potato masher.
Warm the milk and cream in a pan.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl, add the butter, milk and cream. Mix until you achieve the desired texture (for softer mash, add a little more milk and cream than indicated).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
